This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dense fog is expected this morning with visibilities 1 mile or
less at times. Dense Fog Advisories are in effect.

A few thunderstorms are possible today into tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A period of gusty east then southwest winds to 25 knots are
possible Saturday from Two Harbors to the Twin Ports to Port Wing.

More thunderstorms are possible Saturday. Additional
thunderstorms are possible Sunday night into Tuesday.

* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to less than 1 NM.

* WHERE...All nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
